...We are Pleased to invite you to be faculty and participate at the Pain Medicine Academy of Advanced Practice Providers 2025 LIVE and in Person Inaugural Annual Meeting and Scientific Sessions (PMAAPP)

When: November 6-9, 2025

Where: The Renaissance Orlando at Sea World, Orlando FL

In exchange for your participation, PMAAPP is pleased to offer you the following:

1. Up to 4 nights room/tax at the Renaissance Orlando at Sea World. Additional nights will be billed to you onsite at the society rate of $219 plus $30 resort fee plus tax per extra night). This allows you to travel on Wedneday, November 5 so that you can attend the Board meeting scheduled for Thursday, November 6 from 10:00 am-Noon at the Hotel. note: The Academy cannot guarantee a sleeping room for you if our room block sells out so please indicate your room needs.

2. Waived registration for Thursday-Saturday meeting. Note that workshop spots on Sunday will first be available to paying learners and if we have spots 30 days before the meeting, we can offer this to you without fee based on availability,

3. A Travel Stipend of up $250 if you practice East of the Mississippi River and up to $500 if you practice West of the Mississippi River to offset your 30 day advanced purchase airfare and other fees.

4. 2026 Membership in PMAAPP.
